To add topics to your subscription, you can click on located in the top row of the message page. You can also request subscription by filling Subscribe to this topic to receive email notification when a new message is submitted. checkbox on the post form when you post or reply. To delete topics from the subscription list, you can click on User Menu -> Topic Subscription which will retrieve a checkbox form of all your subscribed topics.
