Вроде получается абсолютный индоевропейский корень.
Це- суффикс: сердце, блюдце.
Остается СЛН.
Вариант, что слнце это С+ЛН=С+луна - отбрасываю.

Остается СН, или СЛ, или СЛН.

Полагаю, что Л и Н выросли из носовой гласной (второго пракорня?), т.е. первичный корень типа СОУ.
У (ОУ) выросло и в Л, и в Н.

Вроде как ОУ должно где-то вырасти и в В.
Есть похожее слово СВет. Но тут есть Т: СВеТ.
Не знаю, Т корневая или суффикс.
