Не понимаю, что это - происхождение неизвестно?
В словарях 19 века таких слов нет.

Понятно, слово из диалектов. Собственно, это «рало, орало» - плуг; норвежские слова – рыл (отсюда понятие «сырой, бесформенный комок земли) – далее – коровье дерьмо.

Понятие «вагон» - от «rail» - рельсы, от русского «руль», которое так же восходит к рало, рыл. Обратное прочтение – РЛ – RL – LR – lorry.

К попугайчику отношения не имеет, хотя?
