Собственно, здесь два решения для всех слов-синонимов
1). Дуга (bog, buga etc.) – с заменой «д» - «b». Как и в гидрониме Буг. Интересно, как «g» превращалось в «w». BUGA (готское, ближе всех к нам) - g – y (u) – w.

2). Нагиб (ать) – обратное прочтение. НГБ – NGB – BGN. Возможно, так же «загиб» в обратном прочтении. Достаточно типичный вариант. ЗАГИБ (СГИБ) – ЗГБ – замена «з» - «w» - «v» - «n» (или «З» - «Z» - «N») и перестановка. Например, тевтонское “bogen”. ZGB – BGN – BOGEN.
